  1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the website Lambert-Hotel (hereinafter: the Service).

Tadeusza Kościuszki 14, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity under the number NIP 6711850902.

In order to ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the Personal Data Administrator (ADO) operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with the relevant legal acts in the field of personal data protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. ADO exercises particular care to protect the interests of the data subjects and specifically ensures that personal data are:
    1. processed lawfully,
    2. collected for specified, legal purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
    3. factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
    4. stored in a form enabling identification of the persons concerned no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
  5. ADO performs the function of acquiring information about users and their behaviors through voluntarily provided information in forms, for the purpose of:
    1. responding to user inquiries submitted via the contact form on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
    2. accepting reservations using the online reservation system on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
    3. providing services offered by the ADO on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
    4. marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address if the client has consented by ticking the appropriate box during the reservation process, based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent to processing data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information can be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending such a request to the ADO’s email address,
    5. realizing the legitimate interest of the ADO in special cases based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, e.g., debt collection,
  6. On the first visit to the Lambert-Hotel Service, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By clicking ACCEPT, the user consents to the use of cookies on the website. The user may change cookie settings at any time.
  7. Changing cookie settings will take effect after restarting or refreshing the session on the ADO website.
